Overview
The general conditions of sale described below apply for all products and services sold only through the site annajacoba.ch. They define the rights and obligations of the parties.
Anna Jacoba reserves the right to modify at any time the content and form of these general conditions of sale.
Personal data
Anna Jacoba undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the customers on the site annajacoba.ch and to treat them according to the legal obligations.
The customer's data may be used by Anna Jacoba's internal services:
- For the processing of orders, deliveries and invoices
- To inform upcoming sales and events by sending invitation emails
- To reinforce and personalize the communication towards his client, notably by sending newsletters, special offers and other emails.
The possibility is given to the customer to refuse the sending by Anna Jacoba of emails of invitation or commercial communication, during its first recording. This feature remains editable in his account at any time.
The customer agrees to provide the personal information necessary for the management of his order (delivery and billing). These must be correct, valid and up-to-date. The information relating to his identification and his password must be kept secret by the customer.
Product representation
Anna Jacoba is committed to making the necessary efforts so that the photographic representation of the products and services offered for sale on the site is as faithful as possible to reality. However, in view of the presentation of these products on the Internet, it is possible that the perception by the customer of the photographic representation of the products does not correspond exactly to the products themselves.
Anna Jacoba reserves the right to refuse any order of products with personalization containing inappropriate or unlawful terms or remarks.
Guarantee
The instruments customized by Anna Jacoba have a one-year warranty.
The Haute Ecriture Caran d'Ache instruments are backed by an international lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The guarantee does not cover the natural wear of the product, the damage caused accidentally as well as those occurring during an incorrect use, shocks or the loss of the instrument. Mining, erasers, ink refills, custom decorations are not part of the warranty.
Applicable right
These general conditions of sale, apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these general conditions of sale or any sale to which they apply shall be settled under Swiss law, whether the dispute is of a contractual or a delictual nature, or whether it is based on another clause. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
